How to join our sessions online

We are pleased to announce a portal to join our conference online (via Zoom).

Kindly proceed to https://s.id/APRC_OPA where you can see the schedule and link to each sessions.
We suggest online participants to log in to your desired session a few minute before the starting of the session.

New Mpox health pass requirement for international traveller to Indonesia

Following the WHO’s classification of Mpox as a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC) on 14 August 2024, the Indonesian Government has implemented new regulations, effective immediately.

All international passengers and aircraft personnel must now complete an electronic form called the SATUSEHAT Health Pass before entering Indonesia. Click here to access the Health Pass Form.

We kindly ask for your cooperation in complying with this new requirement. Please ensure the form is filled out prior to boarding your flight to Bali.

Conference venue, registration and welcome reception details

1. Conference Location: The conference will be held at "BNDCC2" building.

2. Registration

For participants arriving early, we are pleased to offer early registration on 10 September from
15:00 to 18:00 at the Pecatu Lobby. This is an opportunity to collect your conference materials, including your conference bag, ahead of the official event dates.
Main registration will still be available on 11 September before the opening ceremony. We encourage early registration to help ease the process on the first day of the conference.

3. Welcome reception

Date & time: 10 September 2024, 17:00 to 19:00

Location: Legion 6-7, Mezzanine Floor

Hosted by HelpAge International, this gathering offers a relaxed atmosphere for networking and socialising before the conference officially begins. Light snacks and drinks will be provided. Please note that this is not an official event, but a great opportunity to meet fellow participants and kick off the conference experience.
